How we actually run a deployment

Most agencies in this market describe the same service. The difference shows up in what happens after the contract is signed, so here is our operating model in the order it runs.

• Site survey first. We walk the site before quoting. Headcount that is guessed from a phone call is either padded or short, and both cost you.
• Written post orders per position. Each post has documented duties, sequence and escalation rules. A guard who does not know what they are meant to do cannot be held to it.
• Verification before posting. Identity, address, employment references and police verification, on file and auditable.
• Muster, handover and logs. Attendance at every shift start, a written handover between shifts, and incident reports filed the same shift.
• Supervisor visits including unannounced night checks, recorded with time and observations rather than reported as "all fine".
• Monthly review with you covering incidents, absences, corrective action and anything we want to change.
• Replacement guarantee. Underperformance is replaced. It is a contract term, not a goodwill gesture.
