Security Guard Services in Ahmedabad
Uniformed, background verified and trained security guards for corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, malls, multiplex, housing societies, warehouses and industrial units across Gujarat. Every post runs on written orders, a documented shift handover, and supervisor checks you can audit. If a guard underperforms, we replace them — that is a term of the contract, not a favour.
What a guard deployment includes
Guards are not posted to "keep an eye on things". Each post has a written post order defining exactly what that guard does, in what order, and what they escalate. Standard scope covers:
- Access control — visitor screening and logging, appointment verification, contractor and vendor entry, ID checks at the gate.
- Vehicle and material control — vehicle entry register, boot and underbody checks where specified, and gate passes for any material leaving the premises.
- Patrolling — scheduled rounds of defined checkpoints, with each round recorded so you can see coverage rather than assume it.
- Emergency response — first response to fire alarms, medical incidents and unauthorised entry, with a defined escalation chain to your site contact.
- Incident reporting — every incident written up the same shift, not recalled a week later when you ask about it.
Where our guards come from
Most agencies in this market recruit reactively: a post falls vacant, somebody is found to fill it. We run recruitment as a standing operation instead, because a guard force is only ever as good as the people entering it.
- A year-round recruitment team. A dedicated team recruits continuously rather than in response to vacancies, across Gujarat and the neighbouring states we draw from — Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar.
- How we find people. Recruitment melas, direct referral from serving staff, and state-level recruitment drives [[CONFIRM: "state recruitment sale" in your notes — did you mean recruitment rallies, or state employment exchange cells? Naming the channel precisely is worth doing.]]
- Who we recruit. We recruit deliberately from economically weaker backgrounds. For many of the people we take on this is a first formal job — paid at notified minimum wages, into a bank account, with PF and ESIC deposited. That is a considered position rather than an accident of hiring: it widens the pool we draw from, and it produces staff who treat a posting as a career instead of a stopgap.
- Character and antecedents, verified at source. Before a candidate is put forward for deployment we verify their character and antecedents through the local body in their home village or panchayat — the sarpanch, mukhiya or other designated authority. This sits on top of identity, address, employer and police verification, not in place of any of them. Documents establish who a person is; the panchayat establishes how they are known where they come from, and that is the part no paper trail will tell you.
This is also what makes the replacement guarantee something we can actually honour. When a guard has to come off your site, the replacement comes from a bench that has already been recruited, verified and trained — not from a scramble that begins the day you complain.
Shift patterns and coverage
Most sites run either three eight-hour shifts or two twelve-hour shifts across twenty-four hours, seven days a week. We size the deployment around your actual risk hours rather than selling a flat headcount — a warehouse with night dispatch and an office with a single reception post need different structures.
Every deployment includes reliever provision. Guards are entitled to a weekly off, and that cover is built into the headcount from day one instead of being handled by asking somebody to work a double shift. That is the single most common reason posts go uncovered at other agencies.
How supervision actually works
Supervision is the difference between a guard and a deterrent. It is also the part most agencies quietly skip once the contract is signed.
- Muster and attendance at the start of every shift, with absence escalated immediately.
- Shift handover log — the outgoing guard records site status and open issues for the incoming guard.
- Supervisor site visits including unannounced night checks, recorded with time and observations.
- Uniform and grooming checks — uniform, ID card, and turnout inspected, not assumed.
- Monthly performance review with you, covering incidents, absences and any corrective action.
Sites we cover in Ahmedabad
We deploy across corporate offices and IT parks, residential and housing societies, warehouses and logistics yards, manufacturing and industrial units, retail stores and showrooms, hospitals and clinics, and educational institutions. Each of these carries a different risk profile — a housing society needs visitor and domestic-help management, while a warehouse needs material gate-pass discipline — so the post orders differ even where the headcount looks similar.
Beyond Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar we take deployments across Gujarat — Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Anand and the Bharuch–Ankleshwar belt among them. Where a site sits somewhere we do not already have a supervisor on the ground, we say so on the first call rather than stretching a supervision promise we cannot keep.
Common questions
How quickly can you deploy guards at a new site in Ahmedabad?
Timelines scale with headcount, counted from a signed agreement and a completed site survey. For a deployment of up to 10 guards we mobilise within about 7 days; 11 to 50 guards, about 15 days; above 50 guards, about 30 days. Larger numbers take longer because every guard is sourced, verified and briefed on your post orders before being posted — we do not compress that step to hit a shorter deadline.
Are your security guards background-verified?
Yes. Before a guard is posted we complete identity verification, permanent and current address verification, previous employer reference checks, and police verification — and, separately, we verify character and antecedents through the sarpanch, mukhiya or other designated authority in the candidate's home village or panchayat. Verification records are kept on file and can be produced for your audit.
What happens if a guard does not report for a shift?
Absence is escalated to the supervisor immediately at muster. A reliever is dispatched so the post is never left uncovered, and the absence is recorded in the shift log and reviewed in the monthly report.
Do you provide armed guards and female guards?
Yes. We deploy armed guards, including ex-servicemen, and female guards, matched to what your site actually needs rather than supplied as a default. Tell us the risk profile and shift pattern and we will recommend the right mix — armed presence for high-value or high-risk sites, female guards where the site or visitor profile calls for it.
What is the minimum contract for security guard deployment?
Our standard minimum term is 12 months. That reflects the real cost of onboarding a site properly, not an arbitrary lock-in: a site survey, written post orders, and a guard team recruited, verified and trained specifically for your premises — investment a short posting does not recover. It also matches how a guard force actually performs. The first few weeks are spent learning your site's routine, and twelve months is what lets that settle into consistency instead of resetting every time a contract lapses. None of this means a year without oversight — performance is reviewed monthly throughout the term, and renewal or exit is handled under the terms set out in the agreement.
